Step 2: Admissions Review

Step 3: Enrollment Offer

Accepted families will receive an official enrollment offer with program and tuition details.

Step 4: Set Up Your FACTS Account

After acceptance, families will be invited to activate their FACTS account.

FACTS is used by WHA USA for:

Enrollment records
Tuition and billing
Academic reports and attendance
Official school communication

Step 5: Complete Enrollment in FACTS

Parents complete all required enrollment forms and select a tuition plan through FACTS.

Enrollment is finalized once all required forms are submitted and approved.

Step 6: Orientation & Start of Classes

Families receive orientation information, course placement details, and access to learning platforms before classes begin.

Enrollment Confirmation

Enrollment is officially confirmed after all FACTS requirements and financial arrangements are completed.
